Backbone Staff

The Collaborative staff, or “Backbone”, brings past experience with high-level strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire confidence and passion in both internal and external audiences.

Backbone staff is charged with maintaining strategic coherence of community-building that is achieved by partnering with Collaborative members and the Steering Committee to develop and implement strategies to better serve the multifaceted needs of Iron Triangle residents. In addition, Backbone staff facilitates effective dialogue between like-minded partners and allies in the community by ensuring continuous communication that produces results. Other tasks include the supervision of fund development for maintenance of Backbone activities; supporting resource development for project work plans; management of data collection and analysis; and coordination of community outreach.
